Ordering
- How do I place an order?
- Browse products, choose size/quantity, then add to cart. When ready, proceed to checkout and enter shipping and payment information.
- Can I modify or cancel my order?
- Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us immediately at orders@designerwellness.com. We'll do our best to help if the order hasn't shipped.
- Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchasing?
- Yes — for wholesale inquiries, please visit our Wholesale page or email wholesale@designerwellness.com.
Shipping
- Where do you ship?
- We ship to the United States and selected international destinations. For rates and transit times, check the Shipping & Returns page at checkout.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
- In-stock orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard domestic delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited options are available at checkout.
- My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
- Check around your property and with household members. If still missing, contact customer support with your order number and tracking information so we can investigate.
Returns & Refunds
- What is your return policy?
- If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Unopened products may be eligible for return or exchange per our Returns policy. Opened/consumable items are evaluated case-by-case (food safety rules apply).
- How do I start a return or warranty claim?
- Visit our Returns or Warranty page, or submit a request via our Support Center.
Subscriptions
- Do you offer subscriptions?
- Yes — subscribe & save on recurring deliveries. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription from your account page or via the subscription management link in your emails.
- How do I change my subscription (frequency, product, payment)?
- Log in to your account, go to Subscriptions, and edit preferences. If you need assistance, email subscriptions@designerwellness.com.
Ingredients & Allergens
- Are your products vegan / gluten-free / dairy-free?
- Some of our products are formulated vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free — check each product page for the full nutrition facts and allergen declaration. Allergen statements are listed on packaging.
- Do your products contain common allergens (nuts, soy, dairy)?
- Allergen information is provided on each product page. Many items are produced in facilities that handle nuts — if you have a severe allergy, please contact support before purchasing.
- Where can I find nutrition facts and ingredients?
- Every product page includes a Nutrition Facts panel and full ingredient list. You can also download product spec sheets from the product page if available.
Promotions & Discounts
- How do I apply a promo code?
- Enter the promo code in the "Discount" field on the cart or checkout page and click Apply. Promo codes are case-sensitive and may exclude sale or subscription items.
- Do you offer student, military, or educator discounts?
- Occasionally — check our Promotions page or newsletter for limited offers. For organization or bulk discounts, contact our wholesale team.
Payments & Security
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay / Google Pay (where supported), and PayPal. All payments are processed securely via PCI-compliant gateways.
- Is my payment information stored?
- We use secure third-party processors — we do not store full card details on our servers. Tokens for recurring subscriptions may be stored securely by the payment provider.
